Deb Otto, CSP, Senior Vice President
Deb is a staffing industry veteran of 23 years. She started her career with Hobbie Personnel Services in their commercial division. Seven years later she helped launch Hobbie Technical, providing customers with engineers, chemists and design drafting professionals. It was while working with Hobbie Professional that she helped create Hobbie's award winning employee selection and retention programs "QUEST" and "CARE". In 1995, Deb attained the position of Vice President and was tasked with oversight of both the commercial and professional staffing departments. Today Deb is responsible for leading HealthSkil, an organization focused on supplying healthcare professionals. HealthSkil offers a wide range of career opportunities for nursing and allied health professionals in environments, which spans the entire continuum of care. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Recruiting, Deb manages a team of recruiters and staffing specialists offering 24/7 services to the healthcare community. Deb is a married mother of one daughter. She is an avid paper arts and rubber-stamping enthusiast. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the Greater Reading Area Chapter of Critical Care Nurses, the Philadelphia & Suburban Healthcare Human Resources Association and serves on several school advisory boards.

Rachel Homa, Recruiter
Rachel is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology, and she has gained experience in both research and human resources throughout her college career. Rachel has taken on the role of Nurse Recruiter, but has also taken the lead on our latest endeavor, which expands our scope to include professional opportunities in the Behavioral Health realm. Her dedication and initiative have played a vital role in making this project a success. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling. Through her travels, Rachel has had the opportunity to experience a number of different cultures and hopes to continue her explorations in the future.

Melissa Mack, Staffing Specialist
Melissa has come to us with previous staffing experience in the healthcare field. Her role at HealthSkil is maintaining compliance records and conducting research; however, she also assists in the scheduling and recruitment processes. Her professional and friendly attitude helps her strengthen relationships with our clients and employees. She is very proactive and is continuously exploring new ways to expand our presence in the staffing industry. She strives to provide our employees with attractive employment options. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her three children.

Amanda Marcks, Account Manager
Amanda started her career with HealthSkil two years ago as a Staffing Professional for our Local and West regions. Her role quickly developed into recruiting and account development. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for both her clients and employees to succeed. She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and son.

Jenna Munoz, "CARE" Center Supervisor
Jenna is one busy lady. Not only does she work full time, but she is she a proud mother of four and she is studying to become a nurse. We don't know how she does it! In addition to coordinating the activities of the scheduling team, she works with our nurses and clients in the Philadelphia region to ensure that everyone's needs are met. She is an integral part of the team. Jenna is an avid gardener and somehow also finds time to coach a team of elementary school cheerleaders.

Lucy Lamar, Compliance Specialist
After spending seven years in the insurance industry in the New York City area, Lucy moved to the Lehigh Valley as a result of her husband's job transfer. Working temporarily with a few staffing companies in the area gave her an opportunity to learn more about her new community. Dissatisfied with the type of jobs she was being offered, she decided to apply with Hobbie Personnel. That's when she impressed one of the recruiters enough for her to refer Lucy for a position directly with us. She has grown from intake and front desk coordination to recruiter and to staffing professional in a short amount of time. She loves the fast paced environment and its connection to the medical field. In her spare time Lucy enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
